VC Onramp Program
The VC Onramp Program seeks to remove barriers for aspiring VCs of color and grow the pipeline of BIPOC analysts, associates, and ultimately, general partners at VC firms by equipping them with the deep technical knowledge and social capital within the climatetech investment ecosystem.
IMPACT
The VC Onramp Program seeks to remove barriers for aspiring VCs of color and grow the pipeline of BIPOC analysts, associates, and ultimately, general partners at VC firms by equipping them with the deep technical knowledge and social capital within the climatetech investment ecosystem. Our first 2 cohorts consisted of 15 students working at 8 different clean energy venture capital firms. Students participated in monthly networking events within the climatetech investment community, climate-specific investment workshops, and connections to additional training opportunities and resources.
Applications are open for the 2025 VC Onramp program.
